Different Strokes from Different Folks

Rower in Lake Michigan
Watercolor, 21x16 cm

This is the first challenge that I took from Karin Jurick's "Different Strokes From Different Folks". I'm happy with the result, loose and simple. Thanks to Karin for her time and effort for these challenges.

Congratulations on such a wonderful entry for DSFDF! I love the cool tones and the way you left that corner blank for your signature.

This is the first time I've stopped by your blog. I found your paintings through the DSFDF challenge. Your paintings are lovely. I also like the idea of everyone getting together after work for a watercolor class. What fun!

What a great painting! Thank you for including the larger view. So much of the wonderful control and detail can't be seen to their fullest in the small one. You have such a beautiful style. Hope you have room for a new follower!
